Terms of Service
The deal, in plain words
1. What this service is
Spend.Report reads bank and credit card statements you upload and gives you back a report: where the money went, what is charging you on repeat, and how to cancel it. One report at a time is free and needs no account, and every finding and every piece of cancellation help is included in it. Paid plans add volume and convenience — several statements in one report, history, alerts — never access to a finding. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Your statement, your responsibility
Only upload statements you are entitled to hold — your own, or ones you handle with the owner's authorisation. You keep all rights to what you upload; we claim none, and as the Privacy Policy describes, we never store it.
3. We read documents, we never alter them
This site analyses statements. It does not create, edit, or 'fix' them, and any attempt to use it to mislead a lender, landlord, or authority is forbidden and will be refused. Your report is an analysis of your real statement and is never presented as a bank document.
4. Accuracy
We work from what your bank printed, and where the statement includes its own balances we check our totals against them and tell you whether they added up. Even so, parsing can miss or misread rows, recurring-charge detection is an inference, and cancellation links and phone numbers can go stale after a merchant changes them. The report is information about your document — not financial, tax, or legal advice. We are not a bank. Decisions you make on it are yours.
5. Cancellation help
Cancellation links and numbers are provided free of charge, to everyone, on every tier. We are not affiliated with the merchants they point to, we take no commission and no share of anything you save, and the cancellation itself happens between you and the merchant.
6. Paying and cancelling
Prices are shown before you pay and charged as shown. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling takes one click in your account, stops the next renewal, and keeps your plan active until the period you paid for ends. The Lifetime plan is a single payment that lasts for as long as this service operates, with no renewal ever. If something did not work, ask for a refund from the refund page and a person will look at it.
7. Fair use
Do not attack, overload, scrape, or probe the service, upload files designed to break parsers, or resell access without an agreement with us. We can refuse service or close accounts that do.
8. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes appear on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Who operates this site
This site is operated by the company named above. These terms are an agreement between you and that company, and “we”, “us” and “our” mean it throughout.
