About
A report, not an app
Spend.Report does one thing: you give it a bank or credit card statement, it gives you back one page — where the money went, what is charging you on repeat, and what you forgot you were paying for.
Most money apps only work if you show up every day: check in, sort transactions, keep a streak alive. The people who most need the help are exactly the people who stop opening those apps. So we removed the showing up. There is no dashboard to live in, nothing to maintain, and nothing that decays if you ignore it for a month.
When we find a subscription you want rid of, we hand you the cancellation link and take nothing. Some competitors charge a subscription to cancel your subscriptions, or keep a share of what they save you. We think finding the leak and then charging you to fix it is the wrong business. What we sell instead is time: history across months, so you can see things change.
Your statement is read in memory to build the report and then discarded. It is never written to disk, and we never ask for your bank login — you upload the PDF your bank already gave you.
Questions, a statement that would not parse, or a cancellation link we should add to the guide — write to us. A person reads every message.
