We can't leak what we never keep
Exactly what we keep, for how long, and what never touches a disk. It is a short page because the honest answer is: almost nothing.
Your statement: never stored
The statement you upload is read in memory while your report page is built and destroyed the moment the page renders. It is never written to disk, never backed up, never sent to anyone, and never used to train anything. The report itself is not stored either — there is no copy on our side, which is why the report page tells you to print or save it if you want to keep it. We could not show it to you again if we wanted to.
What we never ask for
Your banking username, password, or one-time codes. No part of this site connects to your bank, and no part of it ever will.
Your account, if you make one
The free report needs no account. If you buy a plan, we store your email address, a hashed password, your plan and its billing dates, and your payment history with us — that is the whole account. Card details go directly to the payment processor and never touch our servers. You can delete your account from your account page at any time and it is removed immediately.
Measurement
We run our own first-party counters: which pages get visited and which buttons get clicked, with an IP address and session key used to filter out bots. Nothing from a statement ever enters a counter. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker of any kind — every script on this site is served from our own domain. Counters are deleted after at most two years.
Messages you send us
If you use the contact form we keep your email address and message so a person can reply. Please do not paste statement contents into a message.
Cookies
One session cookie (so login and your language choice work) and nothing else. No advertising cookies, no cross-site cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone. The only exceptions: the payment processor when you pay, and where the law compels us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the change appears on this page with a new date. The promises above — no bank logins, no stored statements, no third-party trackers — are the product. A version of this site that breaks them is not this site.
Who is responsible for your data
The company named above operates this site and is the controller of the personal data described on this page. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company throughout.
